The Power of Oneness

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing the thought patterns that altered me — each one a quiet awakening that guided me toward alignment, authenticity, and peace.
There have been key people along this journey who have spoken life into me. I honor their wisdom and love not only with words, but by becoming stronger, clearer, and more focused each day.
Because transformation is the truest form of gratitude — it’s how we show that their impact took root.
May these reflections challenge us to both become and unbecome — to release what no longer serves, and rise into who we were always meant to be.
Don’t be popular, be powerful.
Influence isn’t about applause; it’s about alignment.
This was the moment my primary love language shifted.
Words of affirmation had long been my oxygen — the way I measured worth and received love. But as I began to grow, I noticed how easily I could become addicted to validation, mistaking attention for affection.
Slowly, Acts of Service took the lead. I realized that love expressed through effort, consistency, and presence held deeper weight than any flattering words. The people who showed up for me began to mean more than the ones who only spoke well of me.
That shift revealed the truth about codependency — how much I had relied on others to define my sense of value.
Breaking that pattern meant learning to serve myself the way I had always served everyone else: with care, commitment, and follow-through.
Real power, I discovered, is quiet.
It’s not about being chosen — it’s about choosing yourself.
I’ll share more this week… for now, I’m reflecting — and I am deeply grateful. 🤍
Love & Hugs,
Liana
